Service-oriented grants that encourage community collaboration to create or enhance programs that support individuals and families with immediate needs, while providing a catalyst for long term change.

Time Frame: 3 years
Grant Range: $100,000 to $200,000

Project Innovation

Non-renewable capacity building grants that fund innovative projects that improve service delivery models, expand services to new populations, promote work with policy implications, advocacy and/or provide seed money for new projects that will then be able to secure funding from other sources.

Time Frame: 1 year
Grant Range: $20,000 to $40,000
Funding Begins: July 1, 2009

REQUIRED

The United Way of the Columbia-Willamette will hold pre-proposal conferences at the times and locations listed below. 

Attendance at one conference by the applicant organization is required. Collaborative partners are also encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference. The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to encourage networking among interested agencies, review proposal criteria and answer questions. 

NOTE: If you require special accommodations, please contact Stefanny A. Caballero at 503-226-9362 at least 48 hours prior to the conference to confirm your attendance and inform us of your specific need.
