Leadership Program

The United Way YLS Leadership Program is designed to teach skills that result in professional growth. Through various activities, YLS exposes young leaders to opportunities to meet and learn from the community's top business and civic leaders.

Leadership Education Series

YLS provides a number of sponsored social events focusing on skill development for young professionals, with opportunities to develop leadership skills through presentations and speakers that focus on professional growth.

Lunch with Leaders

By leveraging United Way's partnerships within the region, YLS provides intimate sponsored lunches where members visit with influential business executive and community leaders sharing ideas, experiences and philosophies on leadership and community involvement. Luncheons are only available to YLS members.
