United Way of the Columbia-Willamette has been serving the local community for more than 100 years – thanks in part to the generous support of our corporate partners. Our corporate partners are a diverse group of businesses that help create a just and equitable region where all people can thrive. We offer a variety of ways our corporate partners can make an impact in the local communities we serve.
We bring together people, nonprofits, businesses and governments in Clackamas, Clark, Multnomah and Washington counties to address systemic inequities. We do this by:

- Convening stakeholders to solve issues such as housing stability, early childhood education and disaster & crisis resiliency.
- Supporting communities through advocacy, volunteerism and fundraising so that all people can thrive.

At UWCW, our mission is to improve lives, strengthen communities and advance equity by mobilizing the caring power of people. Each fall, United Way hosts a week-long volunteer event – Community Impact Week – that features hundreds of volunteer opportunities throughout the four county region we serve.
