The Leadership Development program (formerly Loaned Executive program) is an effective management strategy to develop your employees, help to raise millions of dollars to benefit our community, and increase your company’s visibility.
Loan us one or more of your full-time professionals to become a United Way Community Account Manager. We’ll return the employee to your organization with enhanced leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, presentation, sales, project management, organizational, and customer service skills. They will also have valuable new business contacts and a greater knowledge of the community. Last year Account Managers from companies like yours joined United Way in reaching out to more than 900 companies in the Portland-Vancouver Metro area, helping raise over $19 million.
If you can’t spare an employee, your organization can still support United Way by providing a $10,000 sponsorship for one full-time campaign employee.
