CI grants

United Way supports proven program models, requires collaboration among service providers and upholds a commitment to results and accountability. United Way is committed to providing information on current issues to promote discussion and advocacy in the community and support policy-makers in developing data-driven solutions that address the region’s most serious challenges.

  • Operates flexible program models that account for differences in individual consumers
  • Driven by the consumers and what they know about their own needs

  • Addresses an array of needs and provides links to appropriate services
  • Assists individuals to become independent and maintain their independence
  • Offers intensive services that produce long-term change
  • Demonstrates collaboration and efficiency among service providers
