Project Access NOW (PANOW) is a United Way Strategic Health Initiative that helps low-income, uninsured patients access needed medical care and prescriptions through collaboration with clinics, regional hospitals, and more than 2,500 volunteer healthcare providers.

Born Learning

Born Learning is a United Way Strategic Education Initiative that works with local agencies, childcare providers, and others to distribute educational resources to parents and caregivers intended to improve children's early education.

EITC

Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) is a United Way Strategic Income Initiative that works through multiple partners to offer free tax preparation assistance for low-income people to receive the earned income tax credit and has returned $2.3 million to date.

Hands On Greater Portland

Hands On Greater Portland, United Way's Strategic Partner in volunteerism, links volunteers with service opportunities throughout Portland/Vancouver region. Whether you are working, parenting, in school or retired, Hands On Greater Portland can help you connect to the type of volunteer opportunity that meets your schedule and interests.

CRF

Community Relief Fund was created by United Way of the Columbia-Willamette, Oregon Food Bank, and Community Action Programs in all four counties to provide emergency food, rent, and utilities to individuals and families needing assistance.
