
Vision Council Volunteers carry out the work of United Way of the Columbia-Willamette’s community impact agenda. Vision Councils develop strategies and initiatives, set community impact goals, make funding decisions and monitor progress toward UWCW’s identified community outcomes in each of three impact areas.
